The Detroit Regional Chamber hosted the 2023 Detroit Policy Conference on Tuesday, Jan. 10, 2023, at the MotorCity Casino Hotel. The event featured speakers such as Lt. Gov. Garlin Gilchrist II, Mayor Mike Duggan, Charity Dean, and many other influential leaders in the region. The event also featured many business and program exhibits, including a Let’s Detroit booth, in the Rocket Companies Exhibit Hall.
Let’s Detroit Ambassadors Keivin Lewis, Emily Heckathorn, Nikki Hartley Marjace Miles, Amber Drake, Jose Flores and Noah Hochstetler attended the event and helped table the booth, spreading the word about Let’s Detroit’s many programs and initiatives that aim to attract and retain young talent in the metro Detroit region. The Conference provided a fantastic opportunity to promote Let’s Detroit, recruit new career, community, and campus ambassadors, and foster partnerships with regional organizations.
