As a part of my active lifestyle, I’ve been a vegetarian for four years and counting. Now I never see myself going back! A few months ago, I transitioned to eating fully vegan to try it out, and I’ve fallen in love with how my new diet has made me feel overall healthier and happier. Being vegan means you have to be creative when it comes to preparing meals, and I’ve learned to make cooking a new favorite hobby of mine. However, being in college, there are just some nights you have to resort to take-out. Since moving back to Ann Arbor for the semester, I’ve identified some of the best vegan restaurants and dishes around town that you’re sure to love–whether you’re a vegan or not!
It can be challenging to go vegan when it comes to eating out with others. On those nights when you don’t have the time to cook, having a few go-to options nearby where everyone can find something to enjoy is a great way to transition to a vegan diet with ease!
