WLAM-Wayne’s mission is to secure the interests of women in society and advance the interests of women in the legal profession, promote improvements in the administration of justice, promote equality and social justice for all people, and improve relations between the legal profession and the public. We are devoted to providing space for professionals to network and grow at events, giving back to the community through volunteering and fundraising for philanthropic organizations in that serve women and families, and supporting other professional women at our casual monthly gatherings at local hot spots.

Anyone can get involved in our organization – you do not have to be a lawyer or identify as a woman. Most events are open to members and non-members alike, especially our volunteering events and monthly happy hours. Board meetings are open to the public and we always welcome the contribution of new ideas.
