More than 40 students from the Engineering Society of Detroit’s Girls in Engineering Academy visited Bosch USA’s Plymouth, Michigan, campus to see science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) careers in action. As you can see in this news report, the students showcased their robot and were encouraged to further their education in STEM fields.

Michelle Janulis, Bosch Lead Project Manager said, “As a women engineer, its very important to grow the field and show all the opportunities out there. I love showing that being an engineer is more than sitting at your desk all day typing on your computer. We do things that transform the world everyday! That’s why STEM outreach is so important.”
