    The Big Bright Light Show

    Rochester Downtown Development - South Main Street, Rochester MI

    November 19th - January 6th - Brighten your holidays in Downtown Rochester with The Big, Bright Light Show! The buildings in downtown Rochester will be covered with more than 1 million points of glimmering holiday light.

    Downtown Holiday Market

    Cadillac Square - Detroit, MI USA

    November 18th - January 28th - Shop at a number of popup markets in downtown's Cadillac Square and Capitol Park, and stop by the Cadillac lodge to grab a drink and enjoy the heated space with couches and games!

    Ann Arbor Farmers Market - Detroit Street, Ann Arbor MI

    November 30th - The KindleFest Market, or Christkindlmarkt as known in Germany, features artisans, farmers and retailers selling their holiday wares plus traditional food, mulled wine and beer. Kerrytown District retail businesses will be open late on this evening as they participate in the festivities, offering special holiday bargains.

    Holiday Magic Market Place

    Royal Oak Farmers Market - East Eleven Mile Road, Royal Oak MI

    November 29th - Free hot dogs, hot chocolate and over 75 Crafters featuring unique gifts for all your shopping needs. Santa will be here!

    Noel Night

    Midtown - Detroit, MI USA

    December 1st - Noel Night is a Cultural Center-wide holiday open house that presents free activities including horse-drawn carriage rides, holiday shopping, family craft activities and performances by over 200 area music, theatre, and dance groups, and other special performances. Free and open to the public!

    Holiday Extravaganza & WinterFUN Festival

    Downtown Pontiac - Michigan 59, Pontiac MI

    December 1st - Come out for the WinterFUN Festival and watch the parade! Your favorite characters, professional floats, marching bands, dance teams and much more will be in the parade! There will be a live ice carving competition, a petting farm, live Santa reindeer, crafts, face painting, s’mores and much, much more.

    Detroit Urban Craft Fair

    Masonic Temple - Temple Street, Detroit MI

    November 30th - December 2nd - The Detroit Urban Craft Fair is a three-day alternative craft fair held annually in the city of Detroit. Now in its thirteenth year, the 2018 fair features over 100 handmade crafters and indie artists. DUCF is a community market that encourages the interaction of maker and buyer. It is unique opportunity for shoppers to find one-of-a-kind items and meet the people who made them.

    Palmer Park Winter Fest

    Palmer Park - Merrill Plaisance, Detroit MI

    December 9th - Enjoy Christmas magic with Santa and Mrs. Claus, carriage and hayrides through the woods, sweets, hot cocoa and holiday ornament making. There will also be performances with violinists from Detroit Youth Volume, excerpts from the Dream Acts Co. musical "Madeline's Christmas," as well as Hanukkah with the Downtown Synagogue and Kwanzaa with the Wright Museum of African American History.

    Wolcott Mill Heritage Holidays

    Wolcott Mill Metropark - Wolcott Road, Romeo MI

    November 30th - December 15th - During Heritage Holidays at Wolcott Mill Metropark, the entire Historic Center is transformed into a magical holiday wonderland. You’ll stroll across a wooden bridge decorated with archways of light and accompanied by holiday music.

    Art Center Holiday Market

    Anton Art Center - Macomb Place, Mount Clemens MI

    November 16th - December 22nd - The Holiday Market is the Art Center's largest juried indoor artist market.

    Bona Sera Restaurant - West Michigan Avenue, Ypsilanti MI

    December 28th - December 30th - Mittenfest is an annual music festival in Washtenaw County, Michigan, that serves as a fundraiser for 826michigan as well as a good-time holiday get-together. 826michigan is a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting students ages 6 to 18 with their creative and expository writing skills, and to helping teachers inspire their students to write.

    Wayne County Light Fest

    7651 North Merriman Road - Westland, MI USA

    November 15th - December 31st - The Wayne County Lightfest takes you around the twists and turns of Hines Drive, through an infinite tunnel of colored lights, candy canes, snowflakes, reindeer and rainbows. Once you reach the end, hop out and visit Santa’s workshop for a photo!
