We know a lot of people are looking for new ways to get outside, so we created this list of local bike shops to help make sure that you’r ready to ride. Don’t forget that May is Bike Month, and while you might not be participating in Bike to Work Day this year you can still enjoy the region on two wheels!
With the help of Todd Scott from the Detroit Greenways Coalition and Tracy Besek of Bike Dearborn, we put together this list of local bike shops that are currently open for business. Some of these locations are experiencing very high demand on their phone lines and have certain requirements for taking service orders, so check their websites and social media for ongoing updates. Be sure to practice social distancing and wear a mask to protect yourself and staff while visiting these bike shops or going on a ride.
