Historic small town with active churches, walkable restaurants and home of the United Shore Professional Baseball League.
Utica is a small, walkable town with all the amenities of a larger city. Only 5,000 residents live in the 1.74-square-miles of land that make up Utica proper, making this a close-knit community. Its schools, both parochial and public, are some of the best in the state. With active churches, pleasant walking paths, parks and unique historic homes, Utica has the perfect small town feel but just a short drive away from shopping and amenities in the surrounding communities. Known for it’s historic downtown, local restaurants and bars and specialty mom-and-pop shops, Utica is also home to the new Jimmy John’s Field where the United Shore Professional Baseball League play throughout the summer.
