My story
I am a senior at Wayne State University and live in Midtown Detroit. After high school, I participated in a gap year program and spent a couple of months in San Francisco. While I was there, I discovered how much I loved the excitement of living in a city, so I applied to Wayne State for the following school year. I was eager to move home to Detroit and learn more about my own city after having so much fun exploring one far away.
I am currently involved in Wayne Women in Business and Hillel Metro Detroit.

I love that Detroit is a hidden gem at every turn. Whether it’s the restaurants, architecture, or people, the more time I spend in the city, the more I learn and discover our rich history and bright future.
