10 Places to "Wine Down" in Detroit

Lauren (Elle, the Foodie) Gillon

Hello! I’m Elle, content creator and head blogger of Millennial Meets Stove. When I’m not saving lives as an EMT, working towards earning my medical degree, and managing brands- I like to share my journey to becoming a self-taught home cook and wine connoisseur.

Anyone who knows me personally can testify that wine, cocktails, and food are the keys to my heart. My favorite hobby has become exploring Metro Detroit and finding new restaurants and bars to frequent. Exploring food and wine spots has helped me build relationships with other millennials when I’m hosting foodie meets up around the city. Trying new places alone has also brought me out of my comfort zone by allowing me to be comfortable with my own company.
